Liz Lord

Liz has over ten years’ experience of ecological consultancy, primarily in the development sector but also in farm environment schemes. She holds Natural England licences to survey great crested newts, bats and barn owls, and is experienced in the design and implementation of mitigation schemes for these species, as well as reptiles and badgers. 

Liz has a particular interest in farmland wildlife. She is passionate about the management of farmland habitats for target species, using this knowledge to inform successful farm stewardship applications. Liz has extensive knowledge of wildlife gardening, and advises on the enhancement of urban and suburban sites for wildlife, most often in the role of a BREEAM ‘Suitably Qualified Ecologist’.
