Nest finding in 2021

2021 turned out to be an excellent one for nest finding during our bird surveys. As part of many of our ornithology contracts we are required to find and monitor nests for various reason including gauging productivity, nesting success or simply just to confirm breeding. Sometimes of course, we simply come across them. Richard managed to find the nests of more than 50 bird species during the season with some photos of the more interesting species nests below.
