Project Feedback

We complete projects for a large number of clients across all sectors, from homeowners undertaking renovations that may impact protected species to developers seeking planning permission for large residential projects. At the conclusion of each project we seek feedback from our clients to ensure that we continue to offer a high quality, high value service. This also enables us to identify areas for improvement.

We seek feedback (out of ten) specifically in relation to four categories; communication, understand of needs, quality and value. For those projects for which feedback was received, over the last 12 months we have averaged over 9 cross all categories.
